How to redeem Honkai Star Rail codes
The website is usually the quickest option. Copy a code from the active table before opening it.
Redeem codes on the HoYoverse website
- Open the official Honkai: Star Rail redemption page.
- Sign in to the HoYoverse account linked to your character.
- Choose the correct server.
- Check that the displayed character nickname is yours.
- Paste the code into the redemption field.
- Select Redeem.
- Open the game and collect the reward from Mail.
If your character does not appear, check the server and account you selected before trying again.
Redeem codes in the game
- Open the Phone menu.
- Select the three-dot icon beside your Trailblazer name.
- Choose Redemption Code.
- Enter the code and select Confirm.
- Open Mail and claim the attached rewards.

Why is my Honkai Star Rail code not working?
Check the error message before entering the code again:
- Expired or invalid: The promotion may have ended. Check the uncertain and expired lists above and below.
- Already redeemed: You may have claimed that code previously. Re-entering it will not give a second reward.
- Wrong character or server: Confirm the nickname displayed on the redemption page.
- Typing error: Copy the code again and remove spaces before or after it.
- Account requirements: Follow any eligibility requirement shown by the game or redemption page.
- Missing reward: Check that you redeemed for the correct character, then reopen Mail.
Latest HSR livestream codes
The latest livestream set identified in the reviewed tracker is for the Version 4.5 Special Program. Those three codes are listed as expired by Pocket Tactics.
